What personal data I collect and why I collect it

I collect and store the minimum amount of personal data required to carry out daily business. I do not sell, rent or trade email addresses or indeed any other data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Maintenance and disposal of data

It is not generally necessary to collect or store personal data. If personal data is sent to unnecessarily or in error it is deleted or destroyed securely.

I normally keep information about enquiries, work in progress and work that I have completed in electronic form for future reference using secure storage methods. I keep paper records records of each instrument built, but the only personal information that these notes contain is the name of the client.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
